designer of golf courses in the world. He has designed more than 200
golf courses worldwide.18 hole championship PGA golf course alongside
the costal line will be developed.

The area is rich and famous for providing additional cultural and
sports activities – Visiting the famous Thracian fortress and
tombs,

Additional notes:
The inspiration for the architecture comes from the local coastal
architecture of materials such as the local stone, which is quite light
in color, timber as well as rendered walls and mottled ‘old
style’
pan-tile roofs should be used. It is intended that the window and door
frames as well as the external shuttering will all be from local
renewable timber sources.

The buildings will be a mix of 2 and 3 story buildings, which
is again,
in accordance to the vernacular style. Even though traditional in
shape, the spaces are planned to accommodate for modern living with
areas which allow for an open indoor / outdoor life style that would be
expected at a sea side resort
