The terrain is located on the sea shore.
The project includes:
- Living in a residential complex of a closed type, in the vicinity of the sea coast;
- Developing of park surroundings without fences and hindrances restricting the movements of the inhabitants within the village;
- Preserving impressive characteristics of the nature around
Apartments: There are two constructions planned, which consist of apartments with an area from 60 m 2 to 160m 2, Half of them will be maisonettes, according to the configuration of the terrain and the opportunity for a panorama view.
Garages: Two underground garages have been designed for about 80 cars and each apartment will have its own parking lot.
Leisure: In one of the buildings there will be the necessary for the residents of the settlement:
- small restaurant
- lobby bar
- swimming pool
- SPA
- mini market
- services office
A small sports centre is also included in the project.
The access to the settlement will be controlled.
