Terms of payment:
Deposit of 3 % of the price of the apartment to confirm the reservation

1. 22% of the price of the apartment at the signing of the preliminary contract
2. 30% of the price of the apartment, which depends on the stage of construction
3. 35% of the price of the apartment, which depends on the stage of construction
4. The final payment of 10% will be made in the moment of the notary’s transfer of the property in full title deeds.

The builder gives a 10% discount for cash.

The atelier is under special offer- it is offered at a discount of 5%

24 hour security
Cleaning of the public parts
Planting with trees and grass and maintenance
Total of EUR 5.00 (+ VAT of 20%) per 1м2 per 1 year.
