It is located in Golden Sands Nature Park, 277 m above sea level on an area of over 1320 hectares. It was declared a protective territory in 1943. Golden Sands tourism, complex, covers a territory of 177,13 hectares. Thus the large part of the park is preserved in its natural state, untouched by human hand. The proximity of the sea, the mild climate and the sea breeze have influenced strongly the flora and fauna in the park which is why it differs greatly from the other national parks. The thick deciduous forest with entwined creeping plants in places gently descends to the seacoast.

Among this magnificent hotels, 14 of which 4-star, and most of the rest 3-star, there are many eating, sports and entertainment facilities, not only among the beach, but also in the beautiful woods. The golden beach starts right in the foot of the forest. The resort also boast a number of healing mineral springs.

Services/Management:

An annual fee is charged to each apartment owner for maintenance of the complex (common parts of the buildings, swimming pool and green area), year round security, use of the swimming pools.

The cost of this is from 5.00 EUR to 8.00 EUR per year + VAT (4EUR per m2 per year if paying for 5 years in advance).

Also, cleaning and repairs of the apartments, payment of the overhead expenses such as taxes, electricity, water etc., can be arranged for you, optionaly for extra cost.
