- 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
- 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on completion of the floor.
- 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on completion of the roof (Act 14).
- 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment (less the reservation fee).

II. Fast payment terms:

- 70% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the purchase contract.The contract will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days after the reservation fee is paid.
- 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at ) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee).

III. Investor payment terms:

- 90% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
- 10% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at ) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee).

IV. Special mortgage payment terms:
+ 5 % from the total price
- 40% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
- 60% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee).
