Albena Resort to Invest 7 M EUR in a Golf Course - News.bg, April 02, 2008

Albena resort plans to construct its own professional golf course, money.bg informed.
The investment will amount to 7 million EUR, the resort director Krasimir Stanev stated.
The ground is about to appear near Rogachevo village, over a surface of 500 decares.
The preliminary design is the work of a French architect.
The project will be implemented in three stages.
The first stage forsees construction of a training golf academy.

It should only be a 15 / 20 Minute walk to the proposed Golf Course and many of the Apartments will now have both Sea and Golf Course views.
