How far is the beach?
Balchik Sunny Dream Complex is situated right behind the Palace in Balchik. There are two possible ways to reach the beach. If you walk down the direct alley, the beach is about 300-350 m (328-383 yards) from the complex. The second road passes by the building of the palace and thus the distance between Balchik Sunny Dream and the beach is longer and is estimated to be approximately 500-600 m (0,31-0,37 miles).
Sunny Dream is near the brand new golf course which will be located between the towns of
Kavarna and Balchik.

The project comprises two mirror buildings built on a plot of 2,950 sq.m. and offers a total of 84

open terrace on the top with gross built-up area of 6,134 sq.m. There are two entrances to the building, each having 42 apartments, or total of 84 apartments. The area of the apartments is between 43 and 202 sq.m. including cozy kitchen and dining room, spacious bedrooms with terraces, entrances and bathrooms with WC. The building has 6 floors and an open terrace on the top with gross built-up area of 6,134 sq.m. There are two entrances to the building, each having 42 apartments, or a total of 84 apartments. The area of the apartments is between 43 and 202 sq.m. including cozy kitchen and dining room, spacious bedrooms with terraces, entrances and bathrooms with WC.

As rough construction is completed we reduce the payment options to only one:
50% upon signing the preliminary contract
40% upon completion of building
10% upon usage permit
RESESERVATION
Any apartment can be reserved for a period of 21 days . The reservation amount is GBP 700 (seven
hundred pounds) or 1000 Euro (a thousand euro) respectively.
The reservation amount is non refundable, but deductible from the first installment of the property payment.
Once the reservation amount is received and the purchase agreement is signed we will take the
apartment off the market.
After the reservation period, the preliminary/final contract needs to be signed and the appropriate
installment of the property is due. Prices start from only Euros 38000 fully furnished.
