Edeland Ridge complex is designed in the classic Alpine architecture style, making it fit perfectly in the environment. The steep slope roofs are a natural extension of the silhouette of the rocky peaks of Pirin. All the buildings are oriented towards the incredible panorama of Pirin and Rila mountains. The inner courtyard is surrounded by a broad natural park with rockeries, tall pine trees, ponds and a water stream.

Each of the four two-frame residential buildings has five floors with ample lift and staircase. The first floors consist mainly of studios with private yards. The upper floors are arranged with studios and larger apartments, each of them with a spacious terrace. The last floors contain duplex apartments with fantastic views. All housings are with central heating system and the up-to-date materials and technologies employed in the construction of walls, insulation and joinery meet the highest standards for heat and cost effectiveness.
