This historical area with the ancient name “Chimos” is situated on the coast of the large Bourgas bay. Today Aheloy is developing as a tourist destination, attracting numerous tourists with its convenient location and pleasant climate.

Aheloy river flows next to the village and into the Black sea, where the yacht port is situated, suitable for sheltering fishing boats and sailing- and motor-yachts. Beach line beginning from Aheloy camping site spreads to Pomorie /approximately 10 linear km 10 to 20 meters wide/ and is very attractive for sun-baths. All visitors are offered to enjoy pedal boats, wind surfs, and motor jets.

Gardenia Beach holiday club is located in the eastern part of Aheloy village. The area distinguishes itself with its green slopes, beautiful sea panorama and a touch of peace and tranquility. The complex is within walking distance of the beach, 10km away from Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The biggest town on the southern Black sea coast and district center Bourgas is only 30km away.

The complex consists of 2 buildings, of three and four floors each, with unfolded built area of 10 000 square meters. The architectural plan of each building has two or three apartments on each floor viewing the sea, the swimming pool or Aheloy. The appearance of the complex is inspired by the traditional Bulgarian national revival culture.

The complex has: free parking space, restaurant, two swimming pools for adult and children, open area for chaise-lounges, children playground, reception, rental option.
The premises are to be delivered at ”TURNKEY” stage of completion.

Apartments have total area as follows:

One-bedroom apartments: 65-70 m2
Two-bedroom apartments: 80-100 m2
