The old town of Sozopol lies on a small rocky peninsula in the southern part of the Bourgas Bay. 2. 30% of the price - within ten days after the conclusion of the preliminary contract;
3. 30% of the price - ten days after the finishing the roof;
4. 40% of the price has to be paid within ten days after the full completion of the building in accordance with the architectural project.
