Complex description:

Vega Village is located in Sveti Vlas, the complex is front line to the beach and also front line to the Dinevi Marina.

The complex is made up of four buidings

Building B is at the front, behind building B there are 2 small buildings ( Block C) these consist of 6 apartments each.

Behind Block C is Building A

The complex has 2 infinity pools, one at the front of the complex and one in front of building A.

The pool area at the front of the complex has steps that lead down onto the beach.

The gate at the bottom of the complex is less than 20 metres from the entrance to the Dinevi marina.

Both pools have a bar and the pool at building A has a restaurant. The complex also has a fully manned reception, a Gym and also a Sauna.

The Marina is full of restaurants and shops, there are also many restaurants and shops surrounding the complex.

The village of Sveti Vlas is a short walk away. The complex is part of the Dinevi group of complexes and owners can use all the Dinevi facillities.

The Apartment:

Apartment is on the first floor and is 63.5sqm in the quieter area of the complex and consists of the following:

To access the apartment you go up a small staircase, and through a door that has an intercom and is shared by one other apartment.

Once inside the door there is the front door to the apartment. When you enter the apartment there is a storage area on the right to store the balcony furniture when the apartment is not occupied.

On the left is a door into the Bathroom, this consists of a Shower, Toilet, sink and hot water boiler.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a Sink, Oven, Extractor fan, Hob, Fridge Freezer and Microwave.

There is a large air conditioned living room with a TV/DVD,Coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.

The living room also has a settee and 2 armchairs that fold out into single beds. There is a door from the living room out onto the balcony that runs across the front of the apartment.

There is a large bedroom with a double bed,double wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table and large mirror. You can also access the balcony from a door in the bedroom.

The balcony runs along the full length of the balcony and is accessed by either the living room or the bedroom. The balcony has a rectangular table and 4 chairs. The balcony looks out onto the courtyard and garden.
