is situated in Raykovski livadi area in Pamporovo resort at 1,700 m above the sea level and at 85 km from the second biggest Bulgarian city - Plovdiv.

The complex is at 800 m from the existing gondola lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity with the new station that is to be built. The distance from the closest airport in Plovdiv is one hour only.

The owners of apartments in Neviastata SPA complex oblige themselves to pay an annual fee for servicing and maintenance amounting to 10 EUR per sq. m

The funds raised from the annual fees will be used for:

- Maintenance of the swimming pool

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex

• Maintenance of the common zones of the building

• Maintenance of the green zones of the complex

• Year-round security of the complex

• For electricity bills in the common zones of the building

Description of Pamporovo high mountain resort

Pamporovo is the jewel of the Bulgarian high mountain resort. It is the sunnies mountain resort of Bulgaria situated at the heart of Rodopi mountain over 260 km from Sofia at 85 km from Plovdiv and at only 15 km from the town of Smolyan.

The closest airport in Plovdiv is situated at only an hour and a half by car from the resort while Sofia airport is at three hours.

The resort is very sunny with 240 sunny days a year. The climate is mild with Mediterranean influence.

The high mountain peaks around the resort protect it from the strong winds and in winter keep the snow covering on the northern sloped of Murgavets and Snezhanka mounts.

The average annual temperature of the resort is 8.5 centigrades, the snow cover in winter reaches 140-150 cms.

The snow stays 150-200 days a year which makes Pamporovo a snow paradise for all skiiers and snowboarders.

The fans of the winter sports can enjoy the almost 18 km of Alpine style ski runs of various difficulty.

There are also 34 long-distance ski runs with 13 gondola lifts and 13 ski drags of a total capacity of 9,500 persons per hour.

The central part of the resort is situated at 1,650 m above the sea level, the closest peak Snezhanka is 1,926 m high.

Pamporovo is avalanche-free resort with no sudden temperature changes which guarantee the guests a nice stay.

As a part of the Rodopi mountains the resort is a unique place famous for its negative ionization of the air which influences positively the human health.

Mountain ski instructors of high qualification are always at your disposal. Beginners should not worry - there are ski schools of European top quality.

In various restaurants you can taste the varied and tasty Bulgarian kitchen especially from the Rodopi region. In summer the tourists can enjoy the mountain silence and calm, the multi-colour fields and the evergreen pine forests.

The places worth visiting are Smolyan lakes, the beautiful village of Shiroka laka - architecture, ethnographic and folklore reserve at 12 km etc.
