The complex offers underground parking places. Each building comprises of four living floors and two penthouse levels. On each level there are:

- Bathroom and WC tiled: bathroom, sink and a toilet;
- Electric and Water installation are completed;
- Telephone, cable TV and internet connection are standard;
- Local heating system installed and ready to use;
- Secure front door;
- Thermo – insulation on outer walls;
- Terraces with granite tiles
Payment plan:
30% - upon signing the Preliminary contract;
40% - at roof stage(ACT 14);
30% - before the notary transfer of the ownership.
