Location: Sozopol town is located 30 km. South of Bourgas on the Southern Bulgarian Black Sea cost. Today the town is mostly a beach resort known for the Apolonia art and film festival named after one of Sozopol’s ancient names.

- In each house will be installed a boiler with a running pump for the hot water
- PVC – double-glazed windows
- Installed air-conditioners in each room.
- Fireplace on the ground floor in each house.
- Light fittings – all the required wring will be installed.
- Extras – Points for Cable TV , Internet connection , telephone line and alarm system.
Traditional wood and stone exterior:
- First floor – stone exterior and Second and Third floor – wood exterior in traditional style.
- Hydro and thermal insulation
- Concrete and brick framework
- Roofs – with red tiles
- Solar panels on the roof
- Own parking place for each house, free of charge.
- Swimming-pool – sizes : 8m x 4m with additional child’s section 2m / 2.5m
PAYMENT PLAN:
- 1000 Euro - reservation fee /deducted from the purchase price /
- 30% - on signing the preliminary agreement and completion of foundations /up to 1 month after the reservation of the house/
- 20% - after completion of rough construction and roof
- 40 % - after completion of plasterwork and installations
- 10 % - final payment upon property transfer
VAT included in the total price.
There is an opportunity for signing a property management contract.
