Superb large piece of regulated land nera Sozopol

Land plot on the Duni lake in Szopol.  The plot is 5000 sqm and costs

650000 Euros.The plot borders a controlled piece of land on the lake,

which is currently under the auspices of UNESCO.  The lake is surrounded

by unique nature and cosists of beatifully clear water..  All the land

is in the zone of "recreation and tourism".  All types of birds, plants,

The whole of the beach by this plot is very spacious with natural sand

Excellent conditions for fishing or hunting - there is an Italian

fishing and hunting club next door, an independent beach (1.5km), the

Ropotamo sanctuary a few steps away.  Overall, excellent conditions

facilitate spa torism and recreation along with the possibility of

business activities and the development of business tourism at a very

high level.  Burgas is 20 mins away by car.  All officialdom in Sozopol

has, for the past few years, been doing everything in its power to

ensure Sozopol and everything in the locality becomes one of the best

resorts in Bulgaria and even in Europe.
