Haskovo plot

A plot of land with an area of 44 472 sq.m within a complex of two golf courses being built near Haskovo city.

In the beautiful East Rodopy mountains, near the picturesque Bulgarian village of Stambolovo which is situated 24 km from Haskovo city, 40 km from Kurdjali city, 200 km from the Bulgarian capital – Sofia and Sofia airport, and also only 50 km from the Turkish and Greek borders. There are all kinds of communications in this Bulgarian village.

The plot is in close proximity to the golf center ”Golf Academy”.

Nearby there is a river, a huge lake, an oak tree forest by the lake, and a road.
The location of the plot is quite high and the view is excellent – to the lake, to the forest and to the golf course.

Stambolovo village is a municipality that includes 26 areas with a total population of 5 904 people.

Springs of mineral water and the border river - Arda are typical natural resources here. Exploiting them contributes to development in the economic and tourist sphere. The preserved rich historical heritage and pure nature are facets of the municipality that are so appealing to local and foreign investors. The region is abundant in archeological records dating from various epochs. Тhe ones that prevail are the Thracian monuments dating from the pre-Roman and Roman epoch and the old - Bulgarian villages and necropolis. In every village which has been explored, the archeologists have found mounds, strongholds or rock tombs and sanctuaries.

The procedure for putting the plot into regulation has been started.
