Two beautiful villas in the picturesque village of Tsarichino.
This picturesque Dobrudzha village is situated 5 km north of the town of Balchik, about 40 km far from Varna and about 500 km from the capital city of Sofia. The international airport of Varna is 20 minutes away.
Thanks to its beautiful nature and marvellous climate - lack of great heat in summer and practically no minus temperatures in winter, latterly the place has become a very popular destination for tourists from Great Britain and the Scandinavian countries.
The nearby village of Sokolovo is known for the great number of British that have bought property there and is known among the local inhabitants as "The English village". Some British live there all year round in their entirely renovated houses.
The ancient “White” town of Balchik is famous not only for its long and eventful history, botanical gardens and port, but also for the curative properties of the mud in the "Balchishka Tuzla".
The famous Bulgarian seaside resorts Albena and Golden Sands are situated within a short distance of Tsarichino – respectively 12 km and 25 km. Their wonderful beaches and numerous hotel, sports and leisure complexes are highly attractive to both Western and Central European tourists in summer, as well as in winter.
The rock festivals that take place each year in the nearby town of Kavarna are another attraction for both Bulgarian and foreign tourists. Among the guests last summer were Deep Purple, the Scorpions and other world-famous performers.
Three of the five new golf courses in Bulgaria are being built close to the Black Sea towns of Kavarna and Balchik (respectively 15 and 5 km far from Tsarichino). The golf link "Light House", which is very close to Balchik, has been designed by Ian Woosnam. The complex "Black Sea Rama" will also be situated near the White town. The third golf course "Trakiiski skali” (“Thracian rocks”) is being built close to Kavarna.
