About Momchilovtsi and the surrounding area
 
Momchilovtsi is a large village with a very good infrastructure surrounded by
pine forests.  It has all the amenities and facilities such as Internet
connection, a Town Hall, a Post Office, a Chemist, and an ATM.
There are several hotels, restaurants and shops providing home-grown organic
vegetables and fruit in a thriving community.  Momchilovtsi enjoys snow and
sun, organic produce and crystal clean air, and a mild climate with a
Mediterranean influence. It is also only a 20 minute drive to Smolyan, the
nearest town.
The Fun (Snowboard) Park at Kartola is just outside the village for winter and

The  road access to/from Momchilovtsi is already very good and its location 
benefits from the international road which passes the village by 3 km giving
