The entrance area is 15 sq meters and has an open fireplace.  Original stone flooring
and a door leading to the back of the property.

 

 

 

The ground floor consists of a 40 sq mtr lounge with open plan kitchen and a separate
6.25 sq mtr pantry.   Although the walls have been insulated, some stonework has been
left exposed as a feature, as has the main structural ceiling beam and supports.  The
floor is natural wood and there is a large fireplace and a hand crafted wooden staircase
leading to the first floor.

 

 

 

Also off the entrance area are 3 bedrooms.

 

 

 

The first is 18.5 sq mts with a wooden floor, beams and an en suite shower room and toilet.

 

 

 

The second is 13 sq mts with laminate flooring and is currently being used as a music room. 

 

 

 

The third is 15 sq mts with laminate flooring, dual aspect and has a beautiful brick
and wood frame exposed wall.

 

 

 

Outside, there is another staircase leading to the first floor.  There is a 4 sq mtr
balcony with a store room below.

 

 

 

On the first floor there is a 10 sq mtr hallway which opens onto the tiled balcony.
There are two further bedrooms off this hallway.

 

 

 

One bedroom of 15 sq mts with original wooden flooring and a wood burning stove.

two barns, one of 120 sq mts and the other of 60 sq mts currently split as a workshop
and games area.  Through the large traditional gates is a 35 metre cobbled stone driveway
leading to the house.

 

 

 

The house being in a slightly elevated position reveals beautiful views.
