The offer includes a massive fully renovated three-storey house with a

35 km from the historical city and former Bulgarian capital - Veliko

insulated with five cm rock wool and the flooring is a new wooden one.

The roof of the house has had major repairwork, new soffits, all
broken roof-tiles have been replaced, the caps have been plastered,
chimney flashing has been renewed, all guttering has been replaced with
new. The facade is reconstructed as well, plastered and painted
over. All of the windows in the building are repaired or changed with
new ones, painted and glazed. The whole electrical installation is
replaced with a modern one. The drainage system is also renovated.
All the walls have been fine-plastered and painted white, wooden
ceilings, varnished with a dark varnish. The present wooden ceilings
and wooden walls in the taverns have been sanded and varnished as
well, using dark varnish. The floorboards, which are in very good
condition, have been varnished using colourless floorboard varnish.

A stone barn of 120 sq. m., preserved in perfect condition, is at your
disposal in the yard. It may be transformed into a cookhouse, a
workshop or a billiard house with minimal resources.

The village is picturesque with crisp air, GSM coverage. There is a
railway station, a few shops, a post office, a kindergarten and a
school. If you enjoy fishing, picnics and other outdoor activities you
will be delighted to know that Rositsa river flows just a kilometer
away and there is a dam lake not far away as well - only 15 km.
